1911 FRAME FIXTURE

Our 80% 1911 Frame End Mil Fixture allows you to finish your 1911 80% Frame.

This fixture is used to

• Cut rail groove
• Deck height
• Sear location
• Hammer location

 

1911 FRAME 

1911 80% full size bobtail Government 5″ frame in Forged 416 SS  with checkered grip. Series 80 frame comes with 80 shim, barrel seat with uncut frame tang.

 

4 Operations left to be completed are:

• Decking the top (MUST BE DONE FIRST)
• Hammer hole
• Sear hole
• Slide rails
• Beavertail safety fitting (personal preference)

 

1911 TOOLING KIT 

End Mill Tooling kit contains all the end mill tooling to cut the frame rails and drill sear and hammer pin holes for our 80% 1911 Frame utilizing our 80% 1911 Jig Fixture. We recommend always hand fitting to the final dimensions.

 

Our 1911 Tooling kit includes:

• #22 Drill bit
• #35 Drill bit
• #1/16 (left handed) Drill bit
• High speed steel 7/64 key cutter
• High speed steel 1/2 4 Flute End mill bit

Parts list includes all Small parts and are machine grade (No Cast or MIM)
